Gigi Spritz
A Mediterranean spritz with a whisper of alcohol. The Gigi Spritz layers the bergamot and chamomile of Italicus over the fig-leaf freshness of Maison Giulia. A sunset serve created by the founders of Italicus and Maison Giulia.
Ingredients
- Maison Giulia : 10 cl
- Italicus : 2 cl
- Sparkling water : 2 cl (optional)
- Garnish : lemon, lavender or rosemary
Method
- Fill a large wine glass with ice.
- Pour in the Italicus, then top gently with Maison Giulia (and a splash of sparkling water, if using).
- Stir once and garnish with lemon, lavender or rosemary.
