Raising a glass does not require alcohol — but it does require something that holds its own in a flute. That is why our sparkling range exists: to offer those who are not drinking, tonight or ever, something other than fruit juice and an awkward smile.
Cuvée No.1 is the centrepiece: a botanical base built in the South of France, at once herbaceous and bright, made for the table rather than the glass alone. Our mimosas play a more fruit-forward, sunlit register.
None of these is a champagne — the appellation is protected and we make no such claim. They are alcohol-free sparkling drinks, made to occupy the same place: the toast, the start of the meal, the moment the glass goes up.
